Senior Shopify Theme Developer

We build fast, considered storefronts for Shopify brands that care about the details. We are looking for a senior theme developer who can take a design from Figma to a production storefront that scores well, reads well, and holds up under real merchandising.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Shopify themes with clean, well structured Liquid, JavaScript, and CSS
• Turn detailed designs into pixel-accurate, fast storefronts
• Own performance: Core Web Vitals are a feature, not an afterthought
• Work directly with our designers and strategists, no ticket wall between you and the thinking
• Review code, improve our internal tooling, and raise the bar for how we build

What we are looking for

• 3 or more years of hands-on Shopify theme development
• Deep comfort with Liquid, modern JavaScript, and CSS architecture
• Experience with theme performance work: lazy loading, critical CSS, script discipline
• Clear written communication. We are a small remote team and writing is how we work
• Taste. You notice when spacing is off by two pixels and it bothers you

How we work

We are a team of about twenty, fully remote in US time zones. No meetings before 10am Pacific. Profit sharing after your first year. Four day work weeks in summer. We say no to bad projects so the good ones get the attention they deserve.
