Initial 6-Month Contract Role with Potential for Extension

Are you an account or project manager with agency experience with Klaviyo? If so, we'd like to talk.

Fuel Made, a Shopify and Klaviyo-focused ecommerce agency, is looking for a Klaviyo-experienced account manager to add delivery capacity and support our growing client base during a high-demand season for our ecommerce clients.

This is an initial six-month contract engagement supporting active client projects, ongoing retainers, peak-season delivery needs, and temporary team capacity planning. There may be potential for extension or ongoing work based on business needs and mutual fit.

We’re looking for someone who can step in quickly, bring calm structure to complex work, and keep projects, timelines, clients, and internal teams moving smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years account or project management experience in an agency working with Klaviyo.
• Strong client-facing communication, follow-through, and project ownership –– you're confident leading client calls and being the primary point of contact for the engagement.
• Organized, detail-oriented, calm, and resourceful in fast-moving work.
• Comfort coordinating strategists, copywriters, designers, developers, and clients.
• Practical judgment around scope, timelines, priorities, and client experience.

What You’ll Do

We care about two things: high-quality delivery and an amazing client experience. You’ll support that by:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, owning the relationship, communication cadence, and overall client experience.
• Owning account status updates, project flow, and follow-through.
• Keeping Asana clear, current, and useful.
• Coordinating priorities and deliverables across strategy, design, development, and Klaviyo work.
• Surfacing risks, deadlines, dependencies, and tradeoffs early.
• Protecting team capacity and client trust during a busy season.

Engagement Details
